Our digestive support blend was formulated to help support a healthy digestive system day in and day out. This earthy sweet mix consists of mucilaginous herbs like marshmallow root and licorice, which have historically been used to help promote healthy digestion. This special blend combines warming spices like cinnamon with soothing herbs such as chamomile, to make for a soothing and gut-friendly cup of tea.

Organic Licorice (root), Organic Cinnamon (bark), Organic Marshmallow (root), Organic Chamomile (flower), Organic Rose Hip (petals)

Brewing instructions

Brewing instructions: Bring water to boil, add one tablespoon of loose-leaf tea into your tea infuser, steep for 5-10 minutes covered, and enjoy! you should cover loose leaf tea when you steep it
