In a 1-on-1 setting, Neeyaz offers programs in lengths of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months (program duration can be custom, dependent on the individual and their needs). She also offers group coaching, where she dives into debunking the noise and puzzling parts of what makes one healthy today.
